Still not happy with your purchase? Then you can return it within fourteen days. Please be in original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). So check the product as you would in the store. The cost of returning is for your account.
Returns are excluded:
Products that are made or unambiguously adapted to your personal requirements.
Products ordered by your order.
All goods of which the (plastic) packaging / seal has been broken.
Oven can not be repaired or exchanged for hygiene.
Procedure:
Please contact us by phone (0031 (0) 6 5388 5390) or email: orders@axhippo.nl and indicate that you want to return your order. Then we will be informed and we may be able to offer you another suitable offer. Or you send the products immediately with the return form.

Credit / Refund:
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will review the products and return to your refund within 14 days of your payment. In case of problems or questions, we will contact you.
Product broken / damaged?
Has the product been damaged or damaged? Too bad for you. But please contact us within three business days (0031 (0) 512 54 20 40) and we will discuss how we will solve it. You can also report it by email rma@axhippo.nl. Please state your order number, product or products and what is wrong with the product. We will then contact you how we will solve it.
Trade Product?
