Delivery times Shipping indication
Shipping within 1-2 business days means that the item will usually ship within 1 business day after receipt of payment.
Packages will be delivered to you after shipment. You will receive an e-mail called track and trace code that allows you to follow the status of your package online. Packages within the Netherlands are delivered by POSTNL. Packages delivered outside the Netherlands are delivered by DHL.
For Mailbox Mail, this is usually the case, however, depending on POSTNL's policy in your area.
Sunday is not delivered.
You can not derive rights from the shipping indication. This website is updated daily. It may be that an item is not in stock. The customers who do not place an online order but have seen an article on this site who want to pick up the store, we would advise to call us first if an item is in stock before going to the store. This is to avoid disappointment. We reserve the item immediately for you if necessary.
When you have paid, the items will be sent. You will always receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
For parcels going abroad, the following delivery times will be after shipment:
Belgium 1 business day
Germany 1-2 business days
Delivery Packages outside the Netherlands:
Your package will be shipped by POSTNL and will usually be offered to you the next or second business day.
You will receive a confirmation of the shipment with a so-called track and trace number and link to the website where you can check the status of your package.
The package can not be delivered to the neighbors, please keep this in mind. If POSTNL can not deliver the package to your specified address, the package will be offered again at a later time.
If POSTNL can not deliver the package again, it will be stored for 5 working days in the nearest depot. You can pick it up there.
After 5 business days, the package will automatically be returned to our return. After receiving the package by us we will contact you. If you still wish to receive your order, we will send you the cost of returning and re-shipping your order. If you decline the receipt of your order, we will refund the amount paid for your products to your account (read: invoice amount minus shipping).
Should it take more than 7 business days for us to deliver your order by unforeseen circumstances, you will receive an email by e-mail. We therefore provide the expected shipping date. However, this is almost impossible, service and fast delivery are paramount.
